The FRUGAL FACIAL is simply a beauty and cosmetics challenge. I hope to learn new things about some very popular makeup brands and designers and share them with you as I explore what each has to offer on a low budget. At least once per month I will examine one particular makeup brand, try to only spend $20, and learn various new makeup looks and techniques all in the process.
